I’m a content creator, model and competitive 400m sprinter based in Cape Town. I’ve been making digital content for six years — concepting, shooting and editing it myself — which means I arrive on set already knowing what the frame needs.
I have a BA in Sport Science from ETA College Stellenbosch and I still train at Coetzenburg. The fitness work on this site isn’t styled; it’s what I actually do.
